In 2011, news media reporting fails the general population. Only brutal truth in a conscious society is
proof we are going forward. How can a just conclusion be considered in the City of Portland absent
full disclosure and complete transparency? Years pass and victims innocent of crimes are further
tortured in the punishment of untimeliness: violating Articles and Amendments, Bill of Rights.

News media mainstream maybe never prints what the whole truth is about. Voir Dire is a public
American language? A trial chosen in the respect of dignity? With juries receiving deleted or skewed
information and all the pros and cons are not available for a trial by a jury of our peers in the courts?

Let us ask when the corruption began. The federal courts appear as feudal armies protecting a criminal
class: and police, police bureaus, bureaucrats’ violations of the U.S. Constitution. A militant style
dictatorial government policy making, a superiority exclusivity is firmly cemented. The regression of
civil rights, the dehumanization, the human being is an automatic slave disposable commodity.
Arrogance and shocking hubris in breach of ethics which the people public receive from the servants of
our Republic’s Constitutional rule of law is unconscionable. We Hold These Born Truths aborted are
proving our democracy has failed all but the select few whom maintain unalienable rights. #1, Case in
Point: The seven-member panel also sided with the city of Portland, finding that police’s entry into the
home of Sherrie Sandau without a warrant was justified and didn’t violate her rights.

No less than ten (10) years have I labored with our non-representative government: eg the City of
Portland, Police Bureau, et al. I am not alone in recognizing the culture of corruption. #2,3, Cases in
Point: Clifford C. Walker’s story1 that confirms Robert Seaver. The question then: Linda Meng, as the
Oregon State Bar Affirmative Action Committee Chair, recuse yourself is an ethical case in point? The
definition of apartheid is to split the language. There are no worse villainous partnerships than news
media, state-war and unless our voices of reasonable intelligence are heard? Redux Germany, 1930s!
