The above stated persons are considered the maximum of people staying in the villa
All rates are subject to local Government tax of 15% VAT and 5% Hotel Turnover tax

Included in the daily rates:

Dining on Laucala:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in all 5 restaurants of the resort or within the privacy of the villa
- Laucala wine & beverage menu showcasing a fine selection of approx. 150 international wines and
champagnes.
- Usage of all bars & lounges(alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks) within the resort and the villa

Villa & Island inclusions:

- Wireless access in the villas and restaurants plus LAN connection in the villa
- Daily laundry & dry cleaning services
- Designated buggy per villa
- Additional baby cots and Nanny services (extra beds are not available)
- Free day use of the room for late check outs

Activities & Sports inclusions: (Children’s sports equipment is available)

- Golf : Green fees for the 18-hole Golf course and club rental if required
- Water sports:
Diving at around 20 dive sites in the inner reef, Snorkeling around the island
Discover dives for beginners
Sailing with the catamarans, sailboats, surfing,
any kind of jet boat activities (waterskiing, tubes, wake boarding etc)
Jet skis and underwater scooters
Surfing, windsurfing and usage of various fun & paddle boards

Air Laucala:
- King Air Flights US$ 600 per person and per way from Nadi to Laucala.
(as well for flights from and to Suva, Savu Savu and Labasa )
- Private charter of the plane US$ 4.400 per way (Nadi or Suva)
- Private aircraft handling & Door to Door clearance in Nadi
- Handling fee for private jet landings US$ 6000 on Laucala airport

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the Resort.
- No fees are involved in case of date changes.
- If the cancellation notice is received before the agreed deposit date, no fees will be applied.
- If the cancellation is done after the Resort has received the deposit, such amount will
be rendered non-refundable but valid for a change of date within the next 12 months.
- For short lead bookings (1 week prior to arrival), all confirmed villas are considered final
and any cancellation or room night reduction will be charged accordingly.

Payment Policy
- 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of reservation either by bank transfer or credit card
prepayment.
- The balance is expected 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
- The Guests shall be responsible for all incidental charges incurred during the stay to be
settled upon check-out unless otherwise specified.
- Rates quoted are in US dollars however credit card charges are processed in Fijian dollars based on the
daily exchange rate

Additional Taxes:
All rates are subject to 15% VAT and 5% hotel turnover tax
