History

From humble beginnings, TPCA has expanded over time to be the established major player in the Central &
North Indian civil construction industry that we see today. The company was founded by Mr. Amrik Singh
Sahni in 2010 under the name TPCA as of now is a small, sole-proprietor building operation Solution
company.

Despite 20 years of successful professional carrier worked for building construction industry in different raw
material manufacturing and known in India as a best waterproofing & Industrial flooring specialist, Amrik Singh
Sahni sensed further opportunities in the civil construction industry and the company’s strategic direction was
altered to take advantage of these opportunities...

This decision proved to be very prudent as TPCA achieved steady growth due to the successful completion of a
variety of regional projects. The company is now become medium-sized will increase staff levels and turnover.
Since 2010 TPCA has gone from strength to strength, taking on larger and more ambitious projects. Project and
contract management systems have been re-engineered to guarantee customer satisfaction. TPCA achieved
QEST accreditation in 2010 and also updated their Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and
procedures.

With a long and intimate history, it is no wonder the culture at TPCA is one of continual improvement. With this
―can-do‖ attitude we, at TPCA are excited to confront the challenges and seize the opportunities the future will

Mr. Amrik has grown up in and around TPCA under the watchful eyes of industrial architects’ and consultants
like rites, Mot Dlal, TCE, Munish associates, Ana, Archivista Pune, He worked for the company in his school and
university holidays, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way. After completing a Masters of
Economics (Industries & Finance), PGDBM at the Punjab University Chandigarh, FRC Specialisation in concrete
designing( Zürich) Switzerland, Slab designing Programme U.S.A.,CIVIL DIPLOMA(IGNOU) PMC IIT Delhi. He
joined the marketing field fulltime in 1994 and is now the CEO of the group.

Mr. Sood has been at TPCA for over 1years and has contributed significantly to the successful and timely
interaction with clients for projects.

Construction Manager Mr.Kuldeep Singh Raikwal

KSR has been the cornerstone of the company since its establishment in 2010. His is vastly experienced in both
the practical aspects of concrete Floor construction and in the management and strategic decision making of the
organisation. KSR has considerable business interests in the North India; He is responsible for total company
repairs and the maintenance of an extensive fleet of machinery and equipment.

Concrete
The fact that concrete is a tough and durable material has been common knowledge for thousands of years.
Ancient traces of the material dating back some 7000 years have been discovered and some of the most famous
buildings from the Roman Empire, including the Pantheon, were built of concrete. Yet in spite of this, knowledge
