marketing, and brokerage services (in conjunction with Sotheby’s International Realty in New
Mexico) to buyers, sellers, and developers of upscale luxury properties. Founded in 1972 on
the west side of the historic Plaza in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, WEBSTER ESTATES
achieves its goals by building long-term relationships with distinguished clients and colleagues,
offering unparalleled financial growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding service with pro-
fessionalism and unbridled enthusiasm, in the spirit of having fun.

Chris Webster, Founder and President of WEBSTER ESTATES, has an

extensive background in real estate including investment analysis, develop-
ment, appraisal, consulting, and brokerage. Sotheby’s International Realty
acquired the Santa Fe brokerage company, Christopher Webster Real
Estate, in 1998 as its first acquisition of an affiliate company worldwide.
Chris is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and its Recreation
Development Council (RDC), the National Association of Realtors (NAR),
and serves as the President of the New Mexico Council of the American
Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Chris is
also a managing partner of SYNTHESIS REALTY GROUP, a company
coordinating and directing development, marketing, and sales activities
of the world’s most exclusive residential communities.
