purchases made from September 21, 2010, through December 31, 2011. All rebate claims must be postmarked no later than six weeks from
the date of purchase of Photoshop Elements 9 or Adobe Premiere Elements 9 software (the “Software”). Consumers who purchase the Software
from any one of the following retailers (store or website) ARE NOT eligible for a rebate: Best Buy, BJ’s, Sam’s Club, OfficeMax, Staples, and Wal-Mart.
Submissions that include receipts from any one of the above retail establishments will be rejected. Customers who purchase the Adobe software bundled
with a non-Adobe product are not eligible for the mail-in rebate. The rebate is paid in U.S. currency only. The original Rebate Claim Form must be
filled out completely and accompanied by the original Proof of Purchase Tab #1 located on the right inside flap of the Software box. Submission of
a rebate claim that contains a Proof of Purchase Tab #2 will be rejected, and the rebate will not be paid. To receive a rebate, mail: a) a completed
original Rebate Claim Form; b) the original Proof of Purchase Tab #1 located on the right inside flap of the Software box; c) a copy of the sales
receipt from your purchase of the Software dated between September 21, 2010, and December 31, 2011. Please circle the purchase date and
