END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("License")

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFT
WARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
This License applies to all versions of the muvee autoProducer software applicat
ion and/or any styles that it includes or which are provided subsequently ("The
Software") and specifically limits use of The Software to personal non-commercia
l use. The Software may include encoding technology provided by DivXNetworks, I
nc. End User License Agreement for this technology can be found on the Internet
at <http://www.divx.com/software/eula.php>.
Use of The Software acknowledges that you have read this License, understand it,
and agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions and that you accept th
at the copyright of The Software is owned by muvee Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("muve
e") and that The Software contains novel and innovative technologies, features a
nd concepts which are patent-pending. Some versions of this software contains p
atent pending technologies licensed from DivXNetworks, Inc. and The Software wil
l be deemed to include such technology components in such cases, for which this
License shall also be binding.
You are hereby granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non
-assignable license to use The Software subject to the following:
You may:
(a) use The Software on any single computer;
(b) use The Software on a second computer so long as the first and second comput
ers are not used simultaneously; and
(c) copy The Software for back-up purposes only.
This license does not grant you any right to any enhancement or upgrade and is a
n express limited-use license and not an assignment, sale, or other transfer of
The Software or any Intellectual Property Rights of the respective owners of suc
h rights.
By installing The Software you undertake not to use your access to The Software
in order to develop or assist in the development of any software which uses or e
mulates the novel and innovative technologies and features of The Software, or w
hich has a similar user interface to The Software or which uses signal analysis
of audio and/or video in order to automate or facilitate the task of editing, an
imating, compositing or altering video or any other digital media. You further u
ndertake not to copy, merge, sell, distribute, rent, lease, transfer, assign, mo
dify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, decrypt or
create derivative works based on, or otherwise discover the source code of The S
oftware or make it available to third parties under any circumstances.
You agree that the The Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported int
o any other country, or used in any manner prohibited by any government agency o
r any export laws, restrictions or regulations.
You may not publish or distribute in any form of electronic or printed communica
tion the materials within or otherwise related to The Software, including but no
t limited to the object code, documentation, help files, examples, and benchmark
s.
In addition you undertake not to use The Software to create works which infringe
the intellectual property rights of third parties. In the event of any such una
uthorized use you agree to hold muvee harmless from any claims or losses.
Any music and/or video materials which are provided with The Software are provid
ed for example purposes only. You are not granted any rights whatsoever to subli
cense, sell, broadcast or distribute these materials in any way.
The software, and all accompanying materials, are distributed "as is" with no wa
rranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall muvee be lia
ble for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating t
o its use.
By using The Software you accept that The Software may communicate with the muve
e web server for the purpose of update notification and copy protection. The Sof
tware will transmit only the Product Key, version information, and a unique iden
tifier of your PC hardware. muvee warrants that this information shall be treate
d as confidential and that The Software does not transmit any other information.
USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN ANY MANNER THAT COMPLIES WITH THE MPEG-4 VISUAL STANDARD
IS PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR THE USE BY A CONSUMER ENGAGING IN PERSONAL AND NON-COMM
ERCIAL ACTIVITIES.
USE OF THIS PRODUCT OTHER THAN CONSUMER PERSONAL USE IN ANY MANNER THAT COMPLIES
WITH THE MPEG-2 STANDARD FOR ENCODING VIDEO INFORMATION FOR PACKAGED MEDIA IS E
XPRESSLY PROHIBITED UNDER APPLICABLE PATENTS IN THE MPEG-2 PATENT PORTFOLIO, WHI
CH LICENSE IS AVAILABE FROM MPEG LA, LLC, 250 STEELE STREET,SUITE 300, DNEVER, C
OLORADO, 80206, USA.

Rights which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusiv
ely reserved to and by muvee.
TERM: This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agre
ement at any time by uninstalling The Software and destroying all copies of the
The Software. Upon any termination, you agree to uninstall The Software and ret
urn or destroy all copies of The Software, any accompanying documentation, and a
ll other associated materials.
This License shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the Rep
ublic of Singapore.
