For Sellers
We operate as business brokers which include the following services:
• Offering Development – We help you pull together a compelling and accurate description
of your business and its potential along with identifying appropriate and optimal buyers
and partners.
• Marketing – We independently and confidentiality represent your business to potential
buyers and partners. You can market your firm without having ti known by employees,
clients, competitors or predatory buyers.
• Due Diligence and Qualification of Buyers – Before you meet any buyer, or the buyer
knows of your opportunity, we “audit” the strengths and weaknesses of the buyer’s
capabilities and the seriousness and “fit” of their interest.
• Introductions and Negotiations Management – We initiate contact and act as “go-
between” between parties, as needed. As an independent third party, we are often able
to speed negotiations and help uncover critical issues.
• Transaction Closing – We provide support and resources as needed.

For Buyers
We act as buyer’s agents to identify appropriate opportunities for acquisition. Our services
include:
• Presentation Development – The buyer’s market is hyper-competitive and getting
more so as more acquirers enter the retirement market.
• Marketing – Acting as your independent agent we identify and approach likely
seller candidates that fit your ideal acquisition target profile.
• Initial Contact and Due Diligence – We undertake initial information collection
and financials analysis
• Introductions and Negotiations Support – We initiate contact and act as “go-
between” between parties, as needed. As an independent third party, we are often able
to speed negotiations and help uncover critical issues.
• Transaction Closing – We provide support and resources as needed.

Your Investment
There are two components:
- Time and Expense – Charged on an hourly basis, we bill directly for the “legwork”
needed to get activity. This also covers our T&E should a final transaction not be done
with us.
- Transaction Success Fee – This is the standard business broker fee based on traditional
fee schedules.
