Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design changes on battery packs as well as designing plastic and
metal stamping parts.
• Create and maintain Bill of Material (BOM)
• Review and verify Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR)
• Establish good relationship and maintain constant liaison with central department in
Germany.
• Interface between Manufacturing Department on battery projects focusing on
changes and improvement of battery design.
• Supervises technical discussion with suppliers on new tooling for plastic parts.
• Provide technical support to production during sample, pilot and mass production.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years’ working experience in metal and plastic mechanical design
capacity with exposure in product development and processes.
• Proficiency in Pro-E is a must.
