Performance Audit Legislation SB1473 David Wolfe, approved by the Governor,

effective January 1, 2011. David Wolfe and Michael Day discussed possible
legislation for next year. This matter will be further discussed at the December
2010 conference call.

Performance Audit Belmont-Redwood Shores School District) –Carole

Wong, updated the Board on her activates.

Government Auditing Standards, Performance Audits, Proposition 39 Examples–

Karl Dolk, reviewed his Proposition 39 examples for GAGAS performance audits.
Karl Dolk and Anton Jungherr will prepare a document for review by the Board.

San Mateo County Grand Jury Report, School Bond Citizens’ Oversight
Committees, Prop 39 Carole Wong updated the Board on this matter. The San

Mateo County Superintendent of School Anne Campbell has setup a committee to
implement the Grand Jury’s recommendation to provide independent training for
CBOC members. Carole Wong thinks she will be asked to participate.

Grant Application to Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Foundation, May 22, 2010– David
Wolfe, still under consideration

Grant Application – Anton Jungherr, Michael Turnipseed offered to assist Anton

Jungherr on this project.

California Grand Jurors’ Association Agents of Change (video 4:25 minutes) –

Anton Jungherr, video was shown to assembled group

California Grand Jurors’ Association, Authorization to Request a Meeting with

Their Board in February 2011 Anton Jungherr, motion was made, seconded and
approved to authorize Anton Jungherr to make a presentation at the California
Grand Jurors’ Association February 2011 Board meeting.

Newsletter – Anton Jungherr, agreed, Michael Day donated $10 for the winner of
the contest to name the newsletter. Christian Abalos will assist Anton Jungherr
and Bob Blymer to publish the newsletter.
