Film "Love Simple" to Donate 100% of Proceeds to the S.L.E.

Lupus
Foundation on World Lupus Day

May 10 Donation Drive to Help Raise Funds, Awareness for Lupus.

New York, NY, May 04, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The romantic comedy Love Simple will donate 100 percent
of the proceeds from the film's sale on the iTunes Store (www.iTunes.com) on World Lupus Day,
Tuesday, May 10, to the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation. The donations raised will help raise money and
awareness for the support, treatment, and prevention of lupus.

The S.L.E. Lupus Foundation, headquartered in New York City with a West Coast division in Los
Angeles, is the country's preeminent nonprofit organization providing direct patient services, education,
public awareness and funding for novel lupus research on the national level. Love Simple, whose lead
female character has lupus—a film first—has become an international hit with the lupus
community.

"World Lupus Day has special meaning to the film's wonderful fans, and as such we wanted to do
something special to help recognize this noteworthy day," said Mark von Sternberg, Love Simple's
director. "Our commitment to the fight for lupus grows stronger each day, and we hope the one day
special donation drive that family and friends of those with lupus will consider downloading the film to
help support the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation."

Along with the ongoing 10% of proceeds donated to the S.L.E. Lupus Foundation on iTunes, the
film-makers also donate 10% of the movie's world-wide DVD sales to the Lupus Research Institute.

In addition, the film has embarked on special fundraiser screenings for the lupus cause, with an event last
month that helped support the Lupus Foundation of Pennsylvania. Von Sternberg and John Casey, one of
the film's producers, were presented with Certificates of Appreciation from the Pennsylvania House of
Representatives “for helping improve the lives of Lupus patients throughout Pennsylvania.”
