SEAWAY TRANSIT REQUIREMENTS

Recently some of our vessels on their way to ports in the Canadian Lakes have been contacted
directly (by conversations/mails) by the vessel’s agent and asked to be supplied direct with the
requirements for passing through the Seaway.  Please be advised that the Company has standard
arrangements with “Seagulf Ship Supply Montreal” for the supplying of all the Seaway
requirements, in coordination with the Local Agent and of course with a PO submitted to the office
via SHIPNET.  We require our vessels to strictly stick to these arrangements.

If you are contacted by the local agent at any time with such a request, please refer them to the
agreement with Seagulf Ship Supply Montreal and inform them that they will be in touch to
coordinate the supply.
