Today we have expanded our focus to launch the Ajala Voyager Travel Channel: a thematic travel and tourism related
television channel designed to meet the needs of Pay-TV and Free to Air television distributors in Africa seeking engaging
content to drive their subscriber numbers by attracting and keeping the niche “arm chair traveler” television viewing
demographic. Ajala Voyager Travel Channel will also serve the needs of private and public tourism organizations seeking
the “eyes and ears” of African tourist demographic. This is because we believe that there are over 12 million potential
viewers of travel and tourism related programming in Africa: The “African armchair traveler demographic".

Ajala Voyager Travel Channel currently airs on HiMIX channel 0012 on the HiTV channel line-up and is available as part
of the Premium and Correct programming package. We ave plans to launch a standalone channel by second quarter of
2012.

Ajala was recognized in February 2010 as one of the 10 most promising tourism projects in Africa by Africa Investor
Magazine. Today the focus of this start-up is to be operating a standalone channel and studio operation airing over
700hours of locally produced travel themed content on major Pay TV distributors across Africa by April 2012. Most
recently in February 2011 Australia Stock Exchange listed World Wide Entertainment Group Limited entered into a
strategic content partnership with Ajala that brings the entire World Wide Entertainment travel content catalogue to the
Ajala Voyager Travel Channel: The channel currently features entertaining travel shows, travel documentaries and travel

related movies including Globetrotters, Explore, Travel Snacks, Latitudes, and iconic travel series such as Landmarks
from the World Wide Entertainment catalogue. In October 2010 DISCOP Africa's largest television industry event selected
Ajala TV as one of the key Nigerian broadcasters in one of the most vibrant media markets in Africa.

Our Core business: current activities revolve around three sectors:

Broadcasting and Entertainment: Operation of the Ajala Voyager Television Channel. The first indigenous travel
channel in Nigeria and the rest of Africa. Currently focused on leveraging the opportunity to broadcast niche lifestyle
programming that appeal to the local audience: the African armchair traveler.

Merchandising: This is an intellectual property unit that owns the ajala trademarks and our original work of media such
as our logo, name, and brand literature and knowledge assets. Generally, our business involves developing and exploiting
all these above named aspects along with the merchandising and endorsements of other travel and tourism related goods
and services. Our television operations have strengthened Ajala brand’s position in Nigeria. The business is currently
focused on recapitalization, improvement and the launch of an Ajala Travel Shop as a Teleshopping concept in June
2011. Through licensing agreements, the àjàlá brand also appears on a wide range of travel and tourism related
consumer products and other tourism related services. An Ajala Hotel project was announced in April 2011 following the
launch of the Channel in Nigeria. The Ajala Travel Company plans to take over existing properties in the Nigerian market
through a management contract, joint venture or marketing venture where the firm brands the property and is paid a fee.

Strategic Tourism Media and Marketing Consulting: In addition to creating television advertising campaigns and
infomercials for Tourism organizations, the Company also offers strategic online and offline media, marketing and public
relations professional services to travel and tourism organizations in Africa through our consulting unit. We provide expert
strategic counsel in traditional and digital media relations, communications advisory services, conversation encounters
and crisis communications. In October 2011 we were appointed a strategic partner to develop a Strategic plan to sell
Zimbabwe Tourism products in West Africa. Our ownership of the only tourism focused channel based in Nigeria the
leading continental tourism market in Africa has strengthened our position as a leading tourism advisor.

Ajala Voyager Travel Channel is a channel where viewers can learn about the World and be entertained through
international programming that takes them away from their homes to other parts of the world.

Description

A Free to air weekend Channel with a Week-end service that will run from Friday evening to Sunday evening.
Targeted at viewers who want to get away over the weekend and spend time watching programming featuring
destinations all over the world

Audience Profile

Voyager programming targets the “armchair traveler”: The upwardly mobile young women and men aged 18-45-
year-old with an interest in the people and places around the World and ample disposable income.

Programmes

Programming for The Voyager will be an eclectic mix of Travel shows, Travel Documentaries, Travel related movies,
tours of grand hotels, and visits to significant cities and towns all of which are either geared towards the inspiring the
“arm chair traveler”. The programming strategy will schedule similar travel programs travel related back to back. The
concept is to provide similar programming to keep the viewers interested in travel related programming. A notable
example of Voyagers block Programming strategy is its "Get Away Friday" which includes travel shows and
documentaries about a specific destination e.g. Getaway Friday: Asia.
