subject to full IATA rates.

c) Rates are subject to Airlines and Government increase on rates for both Direct / consolidation on
inbound and outbound traffic.

d) All shipments on SIE Shipping & Forwarding (M) Sdn. Bhd. consolidation service will require a
minimum transit time of 2-3 days.

e) The chargeable weight is the actual gross weight or volume weight whichever is higher. Volumetric
conversion: 6,000 centimeters equals to 1 kilogram or 366 cubic inches equals to 1 kilogram.

f) Insurance is not provided by SIE SHIPPING & FORWARDING (M) SDN BHD for the shipment,
unless we have your written instructions to apply for a comprehensive cargo insurance coverage.
