ARABS IN ANARCHY TO THE MAHDI

Relevant Hadith Connected To The Topic Collected From

Hadith Book
“Sunan Abu Dawood”
(Among the Six Most Authentic Books of Hadith)

Although this article is titled “Arabs in Anarchy To The Mahdi”,

because the signs of Anarchy are beginning to occur on Arab lands
and could eventually spread to all Muslim lands, Arab or Non Arab,
Allah knows best. The cause is our sins, Allah is angry with us.

We begin with a reference from the Qur’an so that all the Hadith mentioned
below can be related to the Qur’an. The Quran warns that when people form
diverging opinions instead of forming converging opinions it leads to
Anarchy. The following verses are self explanatory.

Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant (Varying Opinions). Through which

are deluded (away from the Truth) such as would be deluded. Woe to the
falsehood-mongers. Those who (flounder) heedless in a flood of
confusion: They ask "when will be the Day of Judgment and Justice?" (It will
be) a Day when they will be tried (and tested) over the Fire! (Surah Az-
Zariyat 51:8-13)

We must come back to the Quran. We must converge ourselves & our
opinions towards the Quran, or we face Anarchy and Chaos.

Here are some very Important Hadith, collected from the Famous &
Authentic Hadith Book “Sunan Abu Dawood (Among the Six Most Authentic
Books of Hadith)” that perhaps refer to the Fitnah (Turmoil) that is taking
place in most Muslim Lands & especially the Arab Nations today, and Allah
knows best. To see even more Hadith one can read the relevant sections in
Sunan Abu Dawood and also other Authentic books on Hadith like Muslim,
Ibn e Majah, Bukhari etc..

We have collected these Hadith so that a good Muslim should know how to
behave during the Great Turmoil which is perhaps happening today and is
showing more and more indications that this is turning into the Great Turmoil
(Fitnah) that our Prophet warned us about, and off-course Allah know best.

1:Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: There will be civil strife which
wipe out the Arabs, and their slain will go to Hell. During it the tongue will
be more severe than blows of the sword. (Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith
Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As)

2: Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Hurayrah

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: There will be civil strife (fitnah)
which will render people deaf, dumb and blind regarding what is
right. Those who contemplate it will be drawn by it, and giving rein to the
tongue during it will be like smiting with the sword. (Sunan of Abu-Dawood
Hadith Narrated by Abu Hurayrah)

3: Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani)

AbuUmayyah ash-Sha'bani said: I asked AbuTha'labah al-Khushani: What is
your opinion about the verse "Care for yourselves". He said: I swear by
Allah, I asked the one who was well informed about it; I asked the Apostle of
Allah (peace be upon him) about it. He said: No, enjoin one another to do
what is good and forbid one another to do what is evil. But when you see
niggardliness being obeyed, passion being followed, worldly interests being
preferred, everyone being charmed with his opinion, then care for
yourself, and leave alone what people in general are doing; for ahead of you
are days which will require endurance, in which showing endurance will
be like grasping live coals (Red Hot Coals). The one who acts rightly
during that period will have the reward of fifty men who act as he does.
Another version has: He said (The hearers asked:) Apostle of Allah, the
reward of fifty of them? He replied: The reward of fifty of you. (Sunan of
Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani)

4: Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by AbuBakr

The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) said: There will be a period of
commotion in which the one who lies down will be better than the one who
sits, and the one who sits is better than the one who stands, and the one
who stands is better than the one who walks, and the one who walks is
better than the one who runs (to it). He asked: What do you command me
to do, Apostle of Allah? He replied: He who has camels should remain with
his camels, he who has sheep should remain with his sheep, and he who has
land should remain with his land. He asked: If anyone has more of these,
(what should he do)? He replied: He should take his sword, strike its edge on
a stone, and then escape if he can. (Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated
by AbuBakr)

5: Sunan of Abu-Dawood, Hadith Narrated by Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman

Subay' ibn Khalid said: I came to Kufah at the time when Tustar was
conquered. I took some mules from it. When I entered the mosque (of
Kufah), I found there some people of moderate stature, and among them
was a man whom you could recognize when you saw him that he was from
the people of Hijaz. I asked: Who is he? The people frowned at me and said:
Do you not recognize him? This is Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman, the companion
of the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him). Then Hudhayfah said: People
used to ask the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) about good, and I used
to ask him about evil. Then the people stared hard at him. He said: I know
the reason why you dislike it. I then asked: Apostle of Allah, will there be evil
as there was before, after this good which Allah has bestowed on us? He
replied: Yes. I asked: Wherein does the protection from it lie? He replied: In
the sword. I asked: Apostle of Allah, what will then happen? He
replied: If Allah has on Earth a caliph who flays your back and takes
your property, obey him, otherwise die holding onto the stump of a
tree. I asked: What will come next? He replied: Then the Antichrist
(Dajjal) will come forth accompanied by a river and fire. He who falls into his
fire will certainly receive his reward, and have his load taken off him, but he
who falls into his river will have his load retained and his reward taken off
him. I then asked: What will come next? He said: The Last Hour will come.
(Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman)

6: Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The Muslims will soon be besieged up
to Medina, so that their most distant frontier outpost will be Salah. (Sunan of
Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar)

7: Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Malik al-Ash'ari

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah has protected you from
three things: that your Prophet should not invoke a curse on you and
should all perish, that those who follow what is false should not prevail over
those who follow the truth, and that you should not all agree in an error.
(Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Malik al-Ash'ari)

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Zayd ibn Thabit

Allah has made sacred, except for just cause in Surat al-Furqan. (Sunan of
Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Zayd ibn Thabit)

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Musa

which mercy is shown. It will have no punishment in the next world, but
its punishment in this world will be trials, earthquakes and being killed.
(Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Musa)

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Ali ibn AbuT alib

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: If only one day of this time (world)
remained, Allah would raise up a man from my family who would fill this
earth with justice as it has been filled with oppression. (Sunan of
Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Ali ibn AbuT alib)

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The Mahdi will be of my stock,
and will have a broad forehead a prominent nose. He will fill the earth will
equity and justice as it was filled with oppression and tyranny, and he will
rule for seven years. (Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-
Khudri)

Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The Mahdi will be of my family, of
the descendants of Fatimah. Abdullah ibn Ja'far said: I heard AbulMalih
praising Ali ibn Nufayl and describing his good qualities. (Sunan of Abu-
Dawood Hadith Narrated by Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin)
Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Disagreement (Turmoil) will
occur at the death of a caliph and a man (a reference to the Mahdi as is
obvious from above Hadith) of the people of Medina will come flying forth to
Mecca. Some of the people of Mecca will come to him, bring him out against
his will and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. An
expeditionary force (Army) will then be sent against him from Syria but will
be swallowed up in the desert between Mecca and Medina (The
Army is swallowed by the desert is also a sign of the Mahdi). When
the people see that, the eminent saints of Syria and the best people of Iraq
will come to him and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the
Maqam. Then there will arise a man of Quraysh whose maternal uncles
belong to Kalb and send against them an expeditionary force which will be
overcome by them, and that is the expedition of Kalb. Disappointed will be
the one who does not receive the booty of Kalb. He will divide the property,
and will govern the people by the Sunnah of their Prophet (peace be upon
him) and establish Islam on Earth. He will remain seven years, then die, and
the Muslims will pray over him. (Sunan of Abu-Dawood Hadith Narrated by
Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu'minin)
