A Special1neeting of1'he Pointe at Galloping Hill Condolniniu111 Association will be held Monday, June

The purpose of this meeting is to vote to amend the Association documents to allow residents to be
permitted to keep up to two (2) d0111estic cats weighing up to tvventy pounds (20 lbs) each within their
unit. Residents must comply with tTownship of Union animal registration and imlTIUnizations and Inust

The Board has the authority (regarding this matter) to pass this atnendlnent without seeking votes;
however, the Board has decided to allow residents the opportunity to vote on it because it is an important
issue to many residents. Because owners will be voting on the issue, we will be following the voting
guidelines of the Master Deed (Section 15.02), which requires a vote by 67% of ownership. Please help
to ensure that we meet the criteria for an official vote either by attending the meeting or by returning your
absentee ballot in the envelope provided prior to June 13, 2011.

Please be aware tbat if we do not reach the guorunl of 670/0 of ownership voting on June 13, 2011,
then the Board will be Inaking a decision 011 behalf of homeowners as to whetber or not cats ,vin be
allowed at The Pointe. Late ballots will not be accepted and we will not be going door-to-door to obtain
enough votes to reach quorU1TI.

Ballots for the election will be available at the meeting.
