Multipath Input/output

Multipath Input/output (MPIO) is a fault-tolerance technique that provides a physical
path between the CPU and a computer system’s storage devices. MPIO provides performance-
enhancing features such as dynamic load balancing or traffic shaping.
The MPIO tool is developed by Microsoft. We have tested this tool in FC and SCSI based SAN
servers.
Interoperability
Interoperability is the ability of a system to work with other system and share data.
Rootsan has tested the FC/SCSI based SAN servers for interoperability with different
manufacturers of Host Bus Adapters (HBAs) and on different operating systems (Redhat Linux
series , Windows series , and Solaris series, ubuantu series, IRIX, SUSE, FREEBSD, NETBSD, )
