Important general notes :


1. P
 lease note that submitting an application , paying the application fee & receiving an ID number does not in any way mean that
an applicant is admitted to the University. Admission is offered after paying a reservation seat fee that will counted toward his/her
tuition account, & non-refundable in case of his/her withdrawal from the University. or Cancel Admision.
2. T
 he student needs to check for his/her admission exams & personal interview dates & results through out the University website
(www.sharjah.ac.ae).
3. A
 dmission is valid ONLY for the academic semester for which the applicant applies.
4. N
 ew Students may request a hold on their admission for a maximum of one or two semesters provided they fulfill the required fees
& they must submit the form of postponing their admission to the admission office .
5. T
 he university is not responsible for the applications that are given to the sponsors to get a scholarship , and the applicant should
follow up with them.
6. Students who have been denied admission or have not enrolled in the colleges to which they were accepted can reclaim their
admission papers only within three months from the date of their application.
7. The
 students lose the right to take any document from his/her file after submitting the file.
8. The University dose not accept the submission of the original High School Certificate.
Important notes for applying to the medicine and Dentistry colleges :
1. Paying a reservation seat fees & satisfying other requirements does not in any way guarantee a final acceptance to the Medical
Colleges, all applicants will be competing for a limited number of seats available annually in each program.
2. It is possible to consider transfer students from similar programs to the foundation Year or to the first year ONLY. (for more details
look at the admission manual).
