What This Proposal is about and Why It’s

Important:
This proposal is about only to the managers. Managers are
the one thing that all organizations-no matter the size, kind, or
location-need. And there is no doubt that the world that
manager’s face has changed, is changing, and will continue to
change. The dynamic nature of today’s organizations means both
rewards and challenges for the individuals who will be managing
those organizations. This proposal will help to prepare you to
manage under the current conditions.

Our Approach:
Managers manage people. Thus, we introduce you to real
managers, real people who manage people. We have talked with
these real managers and asked them to share their experiences
with you. Not only do you have the benefit of your professor’s

It is not first time when we are offering Mba in Sargodha,

already we have in history of achievements in Mba from Allama
Iqbal open university since several years.ITM also provide the
short courses like as; IELTS, Spoken English, Cat and MS Office.
No. of students are position holder of ITM college. By giving
interviews they get the job opportunity in international companies
like as; unlevered and Johnson’s and Johnson’s etc.

Financial strength:
Our institute is non profit organization and sponsored by
many government and private organization. As it is a registered
institute by H.E.C. so govt. offered all types of scholarship to our
students.

 Campus:
Our institute has its own building situated at main site of the
city.ITM also have another campus that is situated in St. Town.
Mr. Javed the owner of these buildings and also the principal of
ITM College.

ITM asses the well experienced PhD. Professors, who know
the method of teaching and make the students from lower

Rules and regulations:

(Applicable to Mba students)

 Attendance:

a) A student having less than 75% attendance shall not be

allowed to take the final term examination.
b) If the student absent 6 consecutive working days, his/her
name shall be struck off from the college.

 Grading system:
a) Grading system shall be done on a grade of 4.
b) Equivalent between Letter grading and Numerical grading
shall be as follows;

General rules:

• Students are required to observe order & discipline at

all time in college.

• Smoking within the college premises is entirely

prohibited.

• Use of mobile is prohibited during the lecture.

• Any student breaking or damaging any college property

shall be required to pay the cost of repair or
replacement.

COMPUTER LAB:
Two modern computer labs are placed with high
speed Pentium four computers. Wireless high speed internet
facility is provided to the master level students; which fulfill their
requirement.

LIBRARY:
Journals, magazines, foreign author books and wide
range of references are available to the master level students; which
help him to improve their knowledge.

We provide major hostels. And special discount

Budget
As it is the non profit organization so most of its funds
and income from fees are spend on welfare of students. A large
part of budget is spending on to inform of scholarship for bright
and deserving students and a part of income is utilize on
business tour.

A small amount of fee is charged only for maintaining the

college building.
