Full shift management responsibility for all daily
operations of a highly populated school cafeteria.
Provide leadership and direction for a team of five
lunchroom attendants preparing and serving hot food for
breakfast, lunch and snacks for 1,000 elementary
students.
* Supervise all food preparation, cooking and kitchen
equipment operation to ensure compliance with Illinois
food sanitation guidelines and school codes.
* Schedule kitchen personnel according to normal and
peak volume; monitor and adjust schedules according to
payroll budget.
* Track and record items served, leftover food, student
volume, food purchases, vouchers collected, inventory
turnover and food temperatures; complete LR33 forms.
