TOPIC: CHANNEL AUTOMATION SYSTEM

The main users of the site are administrator, company and general users. Each group has
there areas of interest which should be considered .The ultimate aim is to provide a website
which becomes more accurate and faster, user-friendly for all these users. Security should
not be comprised on any grounds.
Main task performed by a company is advertisement booking. Advertisement booking can
be done in two ways either spot buy or normal .In case of spot by the program during which
advertisement should be booked will be specified by the company. In case of normal type
booking, administrator can decide the program during which the advertisement is to be
shown. Rate of advertisement vary depending on time and day. Special days like festival
days are having highest rates followed by ,off days then weekdays with peek time and off
time classifications.
Users can be registered users or visitors. Registered users are provided with features for
downloading telecasted program videos, news video, images etc. They can also rate
various programs and add their comments. Discussion forums are also provided to have a
keen look to the main social problems of society. Online applications can be sent to various
job openings in the firm. Users can also upload local news along with video and images
clips which upon approval by administrator will be shown in the site.
Administrator provided daily news with video and images. Uploading telecasted program
videos, conducting online survey is done by administrator. Accepting advertisement
bookings by checking whether time is available is one major task of administrator. Short
listing candidates for various post is also done by administrator.
