users, investors and academia. IIFM is a pioneer institute in the field of financial market
education, certifications, mentoring programs, training and development workshops.

IIFM offers independent study and exam preparatory materials in print and computer
based formats. Instructor led seminars, webinars and customized in house training and
research data.
We are devoted to the cause of financial services industry and take pride in development
of new and expanded educational materials, training programs and market data. Apart
from education, IIFM today, stands as the premiere in financial knowledge services
and is one of its kinds, financial knowledge link between the markets and the end

Apart from having 18 retail centers, IIFM today also offers its services to

IIFM seeks to power a Financial cell at your esteemed college.

The cell would be providing value and inputs to all the 180 students of the college.

We have created a proposal to meet the requirements of all the 180 students, and the
financial cell would be powering the aspirations with the inputs received from the college
for the students.

There would be three packages for the students of the college

1. Standard Pack : Which would be beneficial for all 180 students

2. Financial Pack + Standard Pack : This would be applicable for 80 finance

students (a subset of 180 students)

3. Technical+ Financial + Standard Pack : This would be applicable for 40

students (who are the final subset)

1. The Standard Pack : The pack would include 52 presentations which would be
provided on a weekly basis to students of the college. These presentations would
be from 8 basic Macros which would include presentations on
Economic Indicators
Financial Markets
Financial Instruments
Financial Planning
Customer Delight
Enhanced Negotiation Model (or the Brand You development)
Sales Builders

We would be sending you a demo presentation with trainer notes, which

would provide an insight on the kind of presentation that our trainers would
provide at the college. Where we add value is through the practical implication
of these modules. Our trainer notes have been rated the best in the industry by
various banks, insurance companies and wealth management firm and our
students would be able to appreciate the practical verve that these modules would
offer.

These presentations would range from 2 hours to 3 hours for a

maximum capacity of 50 students at a time.
Standard Pack would be delivered by our trainers at your college. We would also
encourage the teachers of the college to participate in the trainings that would be
undertaken by our trainers.

Service Charge: We are very reasonably pricing our Standard Pack as this is an
institution. The pricing for the same would be Rs. 15,000 + service tax per
module.

The total cost for the entire year would be 52 modules X 15,000 + taxes .
Per student annual cost would not be more than Rs. 4000/- per student for
the Standard Pack.

Online admission of assessment tests after every module or on quartely basis

would be undertaken by IIFM complimentary with the package and scores
would be released for all students.

2. Standard Pack + Financial Pack: ( 52 modules of Standard Pack + 12

modules of financial pack)
This pack would be delivered to 80 Finance majors as discussed in our
meeting.

Standard Pack would be delivered with the other students + 12 module

Finance pack which would include sessions on
1. Investment Planning
2. Retirement planning and Employee Benefits
3. Insurance and Risk Management
4. Tax and Estate Planning
5. Strategising Financial Plan
6. Monetary, Fiscal Economics and their impact on market
7. Quantitative Methods and Statistical tools
8. Equity Valuation and Involved Risk assessment.
9. Fixed Income assets valuation
10. Corporate Finance and Capital Management
11. Derivatives, Hedge Fund and Private Equity
12. Portfolio Management

The Financial Pack presentations would range between 4 to 5 hours and

would equip the students to take other certification exams, if they so desire
like the BCFM, NCFM, CFP CM challenge Status and IIFM Financial
Planning Master-Class.

Our financial pack would equip students to evaluate the different financial
streams and our trainers for the sessions would include CFA charter holders,
FRM certified and CFP CM certificants. Needless to say, Financial Pack
would also be based on the axiom of practical knowledge first with appreciation
to theoretical backgrounds.

Service Charge: The service charge for Standard Pack has been included in
the previous package.

The Financial Pack would be priced at Rs 20,000 per session for 12 sessions
in the year.

The financial pack would be delivered in two slots of 6 continuous weeks (or
1.5 months) each in the year.

3. Standard + Financial + Technical Pack : Strength of 40 subset from the total

student population.
(Standard and Financial Pack to remain as mentioned earlier + Technical Pack)

Perhaps the most exciting for budding financial wizards in the college.

The technical pack would include

1. Daily research reports of the current market events to these students

These reports would include:
- Morning glance: Reports on equities, commodities and currencies
- Post Market Summary
- Derivatives Daily
- Currency Updates : including overview of the economy.

We would be sharing a demo of our reports as well in the next mails.

2. Weekly class for the first 2 months after launching on understanding the reports
and on its applications in the practical world. These classes would enable the
student to judge price moments of different equities based on the open interest
and market prices. Students would be able to have an analytical verve of
resistance and stops and IIFM would further encourage students to develop
their own analytical reports by following the markets and economy.

3. Live and Demo Trading platform would also be provided for students to
really apply their skill sets. Latest current technologies like the Algo trading

which might be a major technical break through for the markets would also
be shared. Students would learn implied volatility vs historical volatility in
practical sense and reverse arbitrage opportunities to really have a feel of the
markets.

4. Learning the various Pairs in trading and how to apply them at trading
platforms would be shared with the students.

We can assure the college that the enjoyability of such students would be
maximum and really note worthy.

Service Charge:
The cost of Standard and Financial Pack have already been included in the
previous packs. The charge for the technical pack would be Rs 4,00,000 plus
service tax.

JIMS and IIFM tie up would also be highlighted in the media and would help JIMS
to show case itself as a pioneer in the field of financial advancement through this
MOU.
