My book name is Good Food cook book…..

1. Project Overview:
This project provides me great opportunity to turn my passion of cooking into profession. I intend to write
my own Indian cooking recipe book. Cooking recipe book is something that influence the young
generation. Young generation is found of different kind of foods. They usually prefer to go on outing with
friends and family to taste different food stuffs. There are so many different varieties of Indian foods which
many people are found of eating but as they don’t know the recipe they have choice rather than try the taste
outside. We see most of the time many Indian Restaurants are full of crowd, this crowd are not only Asian
but from multi community people. Which actually mean that all different community people are found of
Indian food but as they don’t know how to cook they don’t try coking by their own. India food is much
popular in Europe country. Today everyone is busy in their work they have no time for making food even
which people whom are totally free but they don’t know how to make food in the home. They wants to eat
different verities of Indian food but they have no knowledge about any recipe. how they can make food in
the home. Even they are found of Indian food but don’t know prepare food. Some people can go outside
and eat Indian food in the hotels and restaurants because they can afford the experience of expensive food
but those people whom are middle class they want to eat but don’t know cook in the home as well as they
can’t afford experience of food. As you know nowadays everything has more costly in the restaurants
because in the hotel we have to pay the cost of the food as well as tax on the food. So middle class people
can’t go outside. So I want to publish my own cooking recipe book. Peoples can make food easily
moreover the ingredients of my recipes will not more expensive. So people can make easily food in their
home.my book will be reasonable price and best rather than other cooking recipe books. People can buy
easily and make food who are the found of Indian food in out of India in other countries.so they can know
about the taste of Indian food at their home as well. Recipe book will be beneficial as well as quick food
for every type of people. Moreover, working professional have no time for making food at work, that’s
why they eat frozen dishes, our recipe book provides the if they read recipes from book they can make
food quickly and accurately. People mostly like Indian food because it is tasty and full of vitamins. We
also provide Indian food to our children because it is energetically and clean food. We should be very
careful about our food if we eat neat food we don’t face any health problem.
Illustrated with 200 specially commissioned colour photographs and unique illustrations. My book will
provide a great introduction and extensive overview of the country's rich culinary history and diversity.

Background:

The aim behind the project is publish Cheap and more beneficial book than the other cook books in the
market for every community people who prefers Indian food and for hotels and restaurants.
According to me everything has background history .so now I want to explain the background history of
receipe books. There are various and best books of indian receipes sales in the market.those are related
with highly shefs of india and abroad. For example Madhur Jaffrey is the one of the best female indian
cook. including our very own Alfred Prasad, Tamarind; Vivek Singh, Cinnamon Club; and Anirudh Arora,
Moti Mahal. Our most popular shef sanjeev kapoor is the one of the best shef of Indian food.There are
many different books of their receipes but they are very expensive. Middle class people cant buy expensive
books in the market .. Even they want to buy those books which will make their life more comfortable and
tasteful but their position doesn’t suppose them. So they cant buy those books. On the other hand high
class people can buy receipe books easily but they don’t want to but because they have extra income for
extra expences. They can spend money for the taste of their tongue.but I want that thing if something
which we can make at our home as well as we can make it with cleanness and with our hands.so we don’t
go outside.first we can learn some new thing if we make any new food or recipe at home and secondily we
can make good food with low price.we can save our money if we make food at home.and we can save our
time .if we go outside there has tooo much crowd in every restaurant and hotel. We hav to wait for long
time.we hav to stand in long queue.so its beneficial for us if we make food at home.

Goal:- Publish and develop Indian easy recipes book in Abroad.

For making and promoting the easy cook book, we need finance. Finance for professional printing and
publication and finally promote the book in the market among the targeted different cultural people. The
project also needs to have approval from health and safety department of hygienic food recipe.

Scope:
Scope of my recipe book is to promote Indian food among all people of various cultures in UK and
different countries. when tourist comes to india they also prefer Indian food. So many foreigner likes
Indian food. When they go to india they eat Indian food in hotels and restaurants. But they cant make
Indian food because they don’t know recipe and process to cook Indian food. So my book would actually
give many learner a great chance to learn and cook Indian food at home. In the competitive world of
cookbooks there is always the demand for a comprehensive collection of recipes, so it's surprising that this
book of 1,000 Indian recipes is the first of its size and scope. My intension of writing this book is not only
give leaner the Indian food recipe but also give them the basics of Indian cuisine. The book will also
provide extensive background information on history of Indian food with respect to culture. The book will
also include information on ingredients, techniques and utensils used in cooking with their benefits. For
instance, it will include a chapter giving the brief information on traditional system of Hindu medicine,
Ayurveda, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily systems. Its core belief system is that all foods
have different properties and a direct effect on our health and mental wellbeing. In this book there will be
non-vegetarian and vegetarian recipes, each revealing the details of the perfect Indian way of cooking.

Anticipating the demand of provide end solution to Enterprises Document Management solution.
The idea found potential scope of working on this project. With the aim to provide end solution to
the customer’s using this software the team of professional will be allocated responsibilities. The
team will than work with a common goal of developing EDM software at economical price. The
software will be having use of various tools for better integrity and security. The working team
would also target to finish the project on time. The technical team will also be there for any
support required by customer of such software use for their complete satisfaction.
