NGP group is established as a manufacturing, trading & contracting organization to be a single source
provider, covering a wide variety of specialist service operations in the fields of Thermal Insulation,
Corrosions protection materials, waterproofing and associated expertise.
The Group manufacturers Rockwool Insulation products, Coal Tar based anti – corrosive products,
ceramic products & polyrethana products, as per International Standards & Specifications started in
1956.
The group officers are in India, London – UK, UAE, KSA, Bahrain etc.
Thermal Products – 50000 MT per annum. NGP is committed to build strong, long term, Customer
relationship through timely production, effective engineering support & high quality products.
Induction:-
To provide a proper Induction and Orientation Program to the new joiners.
To ensure that those employees who joins at the different units are issued /briefed on their role and
responsibilities by issuing them the job description and key result areas in consultation with
Departmental Head.
Prepare induction schedule of new joiners after coordinating with all the department heads.
Provide all the necessary items to the new joinee like ID card for punching attendance system etc.
Issuing the offer/appointment letters and welcoming letter.
Check the References of the joinee before the he join.
Provide reimbursement record like Bonus, medical/Mobile/ Telephone bills to new joinees.
Ensuring the completion of joining formalities.
Performance Management/Upgradation/Appraisal:-
Issue duly filled in application form to concern dept.
Facilitate employee’s appraisal.
To evaluate individual performance and maintain records.
Coordinate new salary structure after increment.
Separations:-
Handling of resignations and processing NOC Due Clearance for full & final settlement of employees.
Generating Relieving letter, Experience Letters etc.
To assist Manager (HRM) in Employee exit interviews for generating feedback in areas of
Improvement.
Administration:-
Hotel Bookings, Travel Arrangements, Ticketing for Domestic & International Visit.
Preparing & maintaining monthly expense records of the sales executive for the reference of top

Analysis of vendor quotation; analysis of telephone & electricity bill; maintenance analysis of
