• Ensure complete study related documentation (e.g. EDs, PMF)

• Preparing Ethics Committee Dossier & Investigator Site files
• Conduct feasibility for selection of new sites
• Assist the study team in preparation of timely & accurate visit reports
• Assist the study team to assure compliance with protocol requirements, FDA regulations and Good
Clinical Practice by conducting site visits as directed by the Sponsor/CRO
• To maintain confidentiality of clients/ projects & related information, as applicable
• Assist study team to prepare the site for possible Internal and/or Client Audits
• Follow up with sites for collecting study related documents and for patient recruitment status
• Updating the study tracker, awaited items/pending items tracker study related slides, preparing
