Kids holiday classes


Its holiday time again; let us entertain and inform your petit chefs! Catered to various ages and
interests, we have something for everyone.
Starts: Monday 11th April, ends Friday 29th April
9.00am to 11.00am / 1.00pm to 3.00pm
Cost: R150 / R200 per child

Bachelors
This one’s for the men only! Just because you live on your own doesn’t mean you have to eat
badly. We’ll show you how to transform some of the scary items in your fridge to something
edible.
Starts: Wednesday 11th May, ends Wednesday 18th May
6.00pm - 9:00pm
Cost: R350 per person

One-off lessons

All one-off lessons run from 6.00pm to 9.00pm, and cost R350 per person.

Gourmet pizzas
Learn how to turn your humble oven into a magical pizza oven and how to create fabulous pizzas
with a gourmet twist.

Beef appreciation
Our host for the evening, Steve Maresch, is the founder and owner of The Local Grill. Come and
taste the difference between free range and commercial beef, and learn to cook the perfect
steak.
Thursday 12th May
Cost: R300 per person

email cogrady@pnp.co.za. We will give you an invoice number and payment details.
 Please note that courses are only held if a minimum number of places have been booked.
 We accept payment by cheque, direct deposit or EFT. Full payment details will be provided
with your confirmation email and invoice.
 We accept cancellations and refunds up to three working days before the start of a
course.
 If you fail to attend a lesson, we will not refund the fee.
