* DRS Enrollment – The Direct Registration System has been mandated by
DTC. The project team is comprised of approximately 15-20 members.
Working closely with the business-side, over 600 clients will be
migrated to the DRS system which will convert those clients to book-
entry from certificates.
* Automated Service Delivery (ASD) – This project has a budget of
approximately $1.5M and a project team of approximately 30. The goal of
this project is to convert a 25 year old CICS mainframe application to
a distributed application. Upon completion, the redesigned system will
be used by the newly merged Mellon Financial Corporation/Bank of New
York.
* Managed project progress using MS Project
* Managed projects using Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi) and
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

* Managed Documents on Demand project. This project included a team of
approximately 15 members. The goal of this project was to produce
prospectuses and other printed fulfillment documents on demand, thereby
reducing the need to store pre-printed in a warehouse.
* Managed 2006 Tax Project. The project team was comprised of 20 to 25
members. This project included all aspects of producing more than 10
million forms, including 1099DIV, 1099MISC and W2s.
* Monitored the status of projects using MS Project
