Responsibilities include answering radio calls for service as well as providing
excellent customer service to the residents and visitors within the City of Lagu
na Beach. Trained in search and seizure, weaponless defense, handgun and shotgun
combat, verbal judo, emergency vehicle operation, crowd control, internal affai
rs, contract negotiations and dignitary protection. Testified as an expert witne
ss in numerous criminal and civil cases. As a traffic training officer I trained
new officers in all aspects of traffic collision investigation, including Total
Station, RADAR, LIDAR and Computer Aided Diagramming. I personally investigated
hundreds of collisions, ranging from non-injury to multi-fatalities. I also ser
ved in the capacity as President and Vice President of the Laguna Beach Police A

tory. In 1995 I transferred to the Los Angeles County Court House. I escorted hi
