Represented multiple lines of ventilation and exhaust equipment manufacturers se
lling to mechanical contractors. I had the unique ability to relate to my contr
actor clients as a result of my 10 years of contracting experience. Duties incl
uded factory direct training, HVAC design/build engineering and working with arc
hitects and mechanical engineers to specify my represented product lines into th
eir project designs.

Sales and Estimating
I was able to bring my experience in project management to estimating and sellin
g mechanical contracts for a ventilation contractor. My duties with Olmen expan
ded from the project management while at Moran to establishing new clients of ge
neral contractors and end users as a customer base of sales. I was responsible
for prospecting new work, estimating contracts for award, managing labor all whi
le staying on or below budget and time.

I started as an expeditor for a large mechanical contractor - heating, ventilati
on, air conditioning and plumbing. I was responsible for tracking vendor equipm

ncluded responsibility of project budget, timing, change orders, vendor purchasi
ng and subcontracts.
