Dear Rajendra,

This is with reference to our discussions, Please find enclosed herewith energy requirement details :

Avg. cost per unit is Rs. 5.05 for High Tension connection. LT is slightly cheaper Rs. 0.10-0.20

Location                          Present Monthly Consumption (E-Bill) Future Consumption

Unit 1         Palani, Tamil Nadu              LT 60,000 units = Rs. 3,00,000               100,000 - 200,000 units
Unit 2         Udumalpet, Tamil Nadu       LT 32,000 units = Rs. 1,60,000                same
Unit 3         Tiruvadanai, Tamil Nadu      HT 4,20,000 units = Rs. 21,00,000          10,00,000 units = Rs. 50.50 Lacs
Unit 4         Palani, Tamil Nadu             HT 99,000 units = Rs. 5,00,000               HT 200,000 units = Rs. 10 Lacs
Unit 5         Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu     HT 99,000 units = Rs. 5,00,000               HT 200,000 units = Rs. 10 Lacs

As per our discussions, the two remaining areas that we need to evaluate are as follows :

1) If we can purchase power from existing power plants in the neighbouring areas :
    a) We require power during the power cut hours i.e. ________________
    b) if lower than our existing tariff we can procure for the entire requirement

We need to know the exact tariff in which we will be able to purchase this power plus any other transmissions charges etc.and
Enzen can then get this tied-up for us for which we can pay some fees.

2) If any existing bio-mass unit is available for sale:

    a) what capacity
    b) what cost
    c) economics of the unit (i.e. cost of production and saleable price etc.)
A contract can be given to Enzen to help us acquire this unit and commission it.

Awaiting an early response,

Thanks and Regards,

Chirag Pittie
