stems from 4 acquired companies to a new Lombardi Teamwork's task oriented finan
cial system that would ultimately provide data to a PeopleSoft system. Manage l
arge-scale enterprise migration projects, systems conversions and performance tu
ning and monitoring of applications/systems. Coordinated long-range financial in

Key Results:
- Led large scale finance system conversion of four acquired systems into a sing
le automated billing system. Gathered and assessed needs from
business stakeholders to create solutions to resolve issues and improve

online banking application.
- Participated in RFP process to select payroll vendor. Managed vendor
contracting and relationship.
- Implemented new single sign-on solution and additional security token

establishing service level standards for secure access to third party
