Hired as a Branch manager to develop a new branch from
start up. Under my management, the branch
produced over $47 million dollars and obtained over 2,500 clients.
Actively involved in Sales as well developing account executives.
Responsibilities include: hire, train, develop and motivate
a sales staff of six to deliver upon the
goals given by the company; account for bottom line profit and loss.
Handled all auditing, cash control, and credit review for approval.
Achievements include: received the prestigious President's
Council Award on six occasions; received the National
Growth Award two consecutive years;
recommended and received restrictive stock rights by the
District Sales Manager for outstanding performance in three
separate years; accepted appointment as the district's
Training Sales Office Manager for future management trainees.

Tennesse Credit- Branch Manager of new branch office for 1st Community Bank.
Became the Bank's only profitable office prior to them selling to Norwest Financ
ial,
after just one year. Sold consumer loans and anxcially products. Low delinquency
maintained.
03/1992- 8/1995
TERMPLAN LOANS.
Branch Manager hired to open a branch for Lousisana based company.
Became companie's first Million Dollar Branch in Tennessee after just one year.
Company sold out to Norwest Financial, keeping only my branch open.
04/1980 - 01/1992
CITY FINANCIAL COMPANY: Loan Officer; Branch Manager
As a Loan Officer I generated and maintained a client base.
After approximately three months, I promoted to Branch
Manager of a non-producing office in effort to prevent its closure.
Responsibilities included: develop and train current staff
to become a productive sales branch;
generate and maintain a client base; maintain a sales staff.
Achievements included: prevented closure of the office and
maintained the staff for a period of four years;
under my leadership, the office became the 7th most
profitable within the company; transferred as Branch
Manager to the largest office;
nominated for Branch Manager of the Year 3 consecutive years.
