- Oversight of all aspects of construction from bid phase, contractor selection,
build out and furniture install.
- Liaison to Hotel staff and management for coordinating construction activities
while fully occupied.
- Created and maintained project schedule, solved contractor constructability is

- $115,000,000 Base Isolation project of existing 5-story concrete structure.
- Administration of RFI's and submittals utilizing ProjectTalk Prolog software,
daily updating of all logs.
- Daily RFI meetings with Architect and Structural Engineer.
- Distribution of numerous daily drawing updates.
- Management of various trades including waterproofing, aluminum louvers, exteri
or glazing and storefront windows, standing seam metal roof, and all expansion j
oints associated with the Base Isolation System.
