* Improved community and government relations by immediately addressing long-ign
ored community complaints in 1st weeks on the job through voluntary 3rd party ev

Mid Atlantic Region Vice President/Regional Solid Waste Consultant
Brought on to rescue company from numerous pending site closures for Department
of Environmental Protection (DEP) compliance default. Directed 3 active landfill
s, 2 trash-hauling companies, and a controversial transfer station, overseeing 7
5 employees across multiple states.
* Convinced DEP to delay closure order 90 days and, in that time, saved in exces
s of $30K/day and addressed all environmental issues.
* Achieved an official reversal to the closure order within 120 days.
* Successfully acquired adjoining land from a resistant owner for less than $1M,
100 acres valued today at more than $100M.
* Improved corporate marketability by negotiating a $75M, 5-year contract with 2
townships targeted for corporate expansion that had previously resisted company
efforts.
* Boosted annual revenues 25% and added value and operational efficiency by nego
tiating a $1M contract and expansions for the transfer station.
