uthority as well as Willis of New York, Inc. Using the Inform Application, ente
red completed C-2 forms into database for processing by respective Workers Compe

iance with School Construction Authority's certificate requirements and request
corrections where necessary. Maintained database of insurance certificates for
contractors or consultants not enrolled in the Owner-Controlled Insurance Progra
