WORK EXPERIENCE:
Previously, I was the corporate controller, and plant controller for two defen
se manufacturing plants, one in Rio Rico Arizona and the other in Sonora Mexico.
The company is a 50 year old company producing equipment for US Govt military
sales. In addition to my controller/accounting duties, I was responsible for US
Customs for border crossing into and out of Mexico, and shipments to Canada, NZ
, Aus. I was the trustee for the 401K plan, and employee medical ,dental, and in
surance plans. I managed and executed all banking functions for US operations wi
th a US bank and Mexico operations with a Mexican bank. I interfaced with prime
Govt contractors, US Govt customers, the Defense Contract Management Agency(DCM
A), the Defense Contract Audit Agency(DCAA), and the Defense Finance Accounting
Agency(DFAS). I also have an extensive program manager background. I am a hand
s on manager, team builder, and perform multi-tasks. I reside in Sierra Vista,
AZ, and willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not required. Health insur

Additionally, I was also the controller for a defense contractor with Corp Hea
dquarters in Sierra Vista Arizona providing contractual support to a variety of
DOD and other federal agencies in three states and Southwest Asia (Iraq, Kuwait
, Qatar).
As controller, I performed the following functions directly.
Responsible for the oversight of all finance and accounting activities, Federal
and State Corporate Income Tax preparation, and supervision of finance and acco
unting staff.
? Directly prepare the interim financial and annual full disclosure financial st
atements.
? Prepare the federal and multi state apportioned tax returns and estimated taxe

? Prepare budgets and perform variance analysis.
? Establish and documented all corporate financial internal control policies an
d procedures.

? Prepare and present to various program managers revenue, cost and profit by co
ntract jobs.
? Prepare projected cash flow requirements.
? Perform the responsibilities of the corporate risk manager, negotiate all insu
rance policies.
? As trustee, manage the corporate 401(k) and profit sharing program.
? Price/cost proposal manager for all federal government contract proposals.
Prepare the federal Incurred Cost Report for all contracts and submit to the Def
ense Contracting Audit Agency annually. Provided financial analysis to Defen
se Contracting Management Agency when requested pertaining to the financial he
alth of the corporation.
Manage the following accounting functions.
? Supervise monthly invoicing to federal agencies of all government contracts.
? Supervise by-weekly payroll for personnel in three states and Southwest Asia.
? Supervise the recording of account receivables and account payables.
Presently owned and supervise my accounting and taxation CPA office.

cturing business entitles.. Prepared, reviewed Form 1040 for high net worth cl
ients, Form 1065 for multiple rental-real estate partnerships, 1120 & 1120S for
construction Co, all construction trades, Doctors, Dentist, Retail, Trust & Esta
tes, Auto Sales, Manufactured Home Sales, Manufactured home parks, Defense Feder
al Contractors, multi state tax returns..
Previously I was a military officer and retired in the rank of Lieutenant Colo
nel. For the last 12 years of my military service, I was a program manager for
intelligence collection systems. I worked with corporations such as General Dyn
amics, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Motorola, IBM, and many others who pro
duced intelligence collection and processing systems. Most of the hardware syst
ems were RDTE funded by the National Security Agency, and procured with US Army
program funds. I had the privilege to present briefings to many general officer
s and the Under Secretary of Defense levels for funding decisions. In my progra
m management capacity I worked with various specialty engineers , software analy
st and programmers, developmental and operational testers. I was the voting mem
ber for the Army at critical design reviews and all major developmental decision
reviews.
