Compliance Manager, 01/08-07/09 - Responsible for creating and implementing the
Compliance Department. The charter is to develop and maintain compliance procedu
res and policy for Sarbanes-Oxley (finance), ISO (quality and manufacturing) and
eventually U.S. Customs. This position works closely with all business units fr
om Finance to warehousing including executives. Additionally the position is res
ponsible for the Charitable Contributions and Social Responsibility Committees.
Planning meetings and activities that fit with FCPA's overall objectives in thes
e areas and reporting to executive staff. Currently developing an Employee Devel
opment Program to help ensure employee growth and retention.
Sr. Manager, Logistics, 9/01-01/08 - Manage a department of 8 people. Manage com
pliance for the Logistics department which includes ISO, J-SOX and U.S. Customs
compliance. Responsible for the implementation and continuous relationships with
global outsourced partners at 18 facilities. Responsible for all transportation
activities, domestic and international, $12 million in annual spend, including
the annual RFQ process and contract review. Moderate the bi-weekly call with the
Post Sales Warranty Fulfillment center. Established the scorecards that will be
used to determine the FCPA Warehousing Partner of the Year. Member of the FNAC
Logistics Synergy Team and the newly developed FNAC Environmental Management Tea

Manager, RMA Operations, 3/99-9/01 - Managed a department of 5 people. Responsib
le for all warranty activity for both direct and indirect customers and ISO comp
liance. Facilitated the creating and posting of warranty policy and procedure, a
n on-line RMA system and the creation of a database to track scrapped product, p
roduct with voided warranties and known stolen product. Weekly and monthly repor
ts to corporate management. Work closely with Sales, Contracts, Credit, Distribu
tion and Engineering.
Senior Customer Service Representative, 6/98-3/99 - Responsible for entering cu
stomer purchase orders, scheduling shipments to customers, communicating pricing
, researching requests for RMA's. Weekly reports to both customers and corporate
management regarding shipments and open purchase orders. Worked closely with th

Responsible for maintaining pricing, filing price protection claims and monitori
