Senior Manager of CrossDock Operations (2004-Present); CT to VA Region PRESENT
Manage comprehensive operations for a 630,000 sq ft distribution center serving
74 club sites with a solid focus on customer service quality for business partne
rs and corporate club locations alike. Coordinate a staff of 145. Oversee shippi
ng/receiving for an average of 225 inbound and 105 outbound trailers daily. Driv
e operations to meet 24-hour arrival to departure turn-around for each trailer.
Monitor and manage lay down (pick/pack) operations with a 12-person management t
eam. Drive quality satisfaction initiatives through routine club visitations, ti
mely issue resolution, and staff education regarding customer needs/requirements
/responsiveness.
Oversee a satellite RTV (return to vendor) operation managing time sensitive mer

day RTV policy.
Maintain a 99.99% positive trailer receiving rate to 74 club sites (2004-2010).
Maintain a 2.85 OSHA recordable injury rate (2001-2010 YTD), with initial policy
implementations that decreased OSHA recordable injury rate from 17.1% to 6.57%

Reduced cost per cube from $0.1719 to $0.1587 on outbound trailers via space opt
