October 2009 to Present

Market Manager Construction, Fixed Wireless Associates, Foxboro, MA
Responsibility includes the installation of fiber optic circuits to T-Mobile sit
es for 7.21mbs. The process included developing a Work Breakdown Structure to tr
ack all of the interdependencies of the project. Other objectives include site s
urveys for feasibility and routing of the fiber to the cell sites from the servi
ng head end. Tracking the progress of the MSC's and the Head End's updates with
equipment installation. Review all of the lease and all of the easement rights
that were granted to the carrier from the property owner for the installation of
telephone circuits and identifying if new amendments and/ or easements were nec
essary for the installation of the fiber optic circuits from the alternate acces
s vendor. Produce construction documents for obtaining permits land lord approva
ls prior to commencing construction. Track all construction activities to includ
e civil construction, splicing return loss path, installation and testing of cos
tumer premise electronics. Compile an electronic library for all of the required
close out documents. Develop construction budget on a discrete site by site and
schedule to track construction starts, completes, splicing, testing electronics
install and turn over to end customer.

September 2002 to October 2009

I am responsible for a 16 to 18 million-dollar annual construction budget for Bo
ston, New Hampshire and Maine. Primary duties included tasks in support of zonin
g, construction milestones. Selection of general contractors and to ensure that
sites are constructed on time, within budgets while meeting all contractual requ
irements as well as quality and safety standards. Routine tasks were the initial
designs to meet zoning requirements, cabinet and antenna locations, power, grou
nding and T-1 routing, structural upgrades, stealth concepts through implementat
ion. Review of zoning drawings, construction documents, bid walks and ordering o
f materials.
The training and supervising new employees on documentation and construction of
sites was one of my primary responsibilities. Interface with A&E Coordinators,
RF Engineers, Zoning Managers, Telephone & Power Company Engineers.
Recent T-Mobile Projects
Construction Management of the Roaming Over Build Project that consists of build
ing 225 sites throughout New England utilizing 6 FSA vendors. Daily tasks includ
e the supervision of the GFSA milestones pertaining to zoning requirements, buil
ding permits and construction control.
Construction Management of Ericsson on the overlay of the GSM network in the New
 England Market for the installation of the UMTS equipment on 760 cell sites fro
m October 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008

Field Construction Supervisor for design, construction and project management fo

Duties entailed the design of sites, ordering blueprints, zoning hearings, contr

ring power, T-1 inquiries overseeing construction and closeout documentation for
T-Mobile PCS sites.

Senior Project Manager overseeing design and installation staff of 25 electricia
ns and 30 RF technicians for microwave dish installation and turn-up on a point
to multi-point wireless last mile distribution telephone network. Detailed site
