Manage daily operations and capital improvements to maintain high
quality of six estate properties and one private museum in United
States and Virgin Islands. Develop and administer $6,000,000 annual
operating budget. Review and approve accounting records of
acquisitions and expenses. Supervise and train all in-house staff and

$20,000,000-plus capital and landscape projects from concept to
completion, including creation and implementation of master plan for
development of roadways, site utilities distribution, storm drainage,

$3,500,000 annual operating budget. Created specifications for all
building management, security, and other technical systems.
