Body of Work
Medical legal illustrations created for Jeffrey Anderson of E. Stewart Jones law
firm. The illustrations helped a jury come to a verdict of 4.8 million dollars
for his client, the plaintiff. The New York State Law Journal reported this as
the highest products liability verdict in upstate New York history. February
2000.
Medical illustrations created for the PBS documentary, "The Whisper". The illust
rations serve as a visual teaching aid in a film about ovarian cancer. The disea
se, its location, progression, and treatment. Airing October, 2010.
Thomas Ferguson Associates, a division of Commonhealth LP, a global advertising
agency, wrote a letter of thanks for commissioned artwork for their Breast Cance
r Awareness campaign, Strength for Living. The foundation of the campaign, a mul
ti-component program designed to help educate and empower women with breast canc
er about their disease, was the artwork. September, 2001.
Thomas Ferguson Associates again commissioned me to create the artwork for their
Lung Cancer Awareness campaign, September 2002, Ovarian Cancer Awareness campai
gn, July 2002, and the Colorectal Cancer Awareness campaign, November, 2003.
Commissioned by a private client with a large connection to Troy New York's hist
ory, to paint two, 10' x 8' paintings of the Hudson River in celebration of the
Hudson River Valley's Quadricentennial anniversary. 2009.

These two Hudson River paintings drew the attention of the Times Union Life at H
ome magazine, in which I was featured in the April 2009 issue as a notable artis
t in connection with the Quadricentennial celebration in upstate New York.
Commissioned by Dale Miller, one of 61 U.S. Certified Master Chefs and one of 30
0 Global Master Chefs worldwide to create a 2 wall mural for the dining room of
his namesake restaurant in Albany, New York. 2009.
Commissioned by the eminent lawyer, Seymour Fox, to transform his newly built 32
' x 60' indoor swimming pool room into a place of serenity and peacefulness thro
ugh mural art. March 2007.
Seymour Fox again commissioned me to consult on the redesign of the faeade of hi
s law building on historic River Street in Troy New York. This work included the
creation of a 14-panel mural along the first floor of the law office exterior.
October 2008.
Work for Seymour continued long after into various project design collaborations
including work ups for the redesign of Troy's City Hall in a proposed purchase
bid.
Commissioned to create medical illustrations for Corus Pharma's respiratory drug
research and promotion. These illustrations were used as educational material f
or prospective buyers. Corus Pharma is an autonomous division of Eli Lilly and C
ompany. July 2004.
Surgical illustrations commissioned by Dr. Clement Darling of The Vascular Insti
tute at Albany Medical Center, for the chapter titled, The Albany Experience wit
h Autologous Bypasses to Pedal Arteries for the book, Critical Limb Ischemia of
the Foot: The Limits of Revascularization. Published by Futura Publishing, 1999.
