A small privately held corporation owned by a group of three individuals.
I was hired to run day-to-day operations in the Fort Lauderdale branch and provi
de direction for significant growth of the entire company.
Strategic Position Responsibilities
"Hands on" revitalization strategies and mentored new leadership in sales, inst
allation, customer service, and administration of staff of 50+ in multi-jurisdic
tions.
Sit on corporate Board of Directors.
Established methodology for achieving Corporate mandated levels of sales and pr

Re-engineered product flow plan strategies that dramatically increased customer

A small privately held corporation purchased by an investment group of three in
dividuals three months prior to my arrival. I was hired to
run day-to-day sales and operations with the goal of achieving profitability and
long term returns on the ownership investment.

ce which had not been profitable for the entire eight years of existence.

on facilities in North Carolina.

Improved the branch to $3 million and break even in first year after a ($1.2 Mi

lion, where I had responsibility for running six of the 26 branches nationwide.
