of Examiners.

adopted on the 10th instant, I have the honor to transmit

1st. "A list of the officers of artillery in the provisional army, for
the performance of ordnance duty, appointed since the 16th day tf
September, 1862, shovfinir the rank of each and the duty to which
he is assigned."
2d. The "roll of merit" reported by the board of officers, consti-
tuted by general order No. 68, of 1862, and referred to in general
order No, 12, of 1863, as the general roll of merit established by the
examitiei''s.
