General Manager - In a turn around / start-up situation for the only aluminum e xtrusion facility within this 31 plant corporation. In addition to bringing new equipment on line and into full production, trained and hired new staff and inst alled proven Managers while instilling a sense of urgency to excel in performanc e and production in all staff. Fully responsible for P&L, all aspects of Manufacturing, and Sales for this faci lity, reporting directly to the Owner. Selected accomplishments include: * Increased production from 350K lbs/month to 1,100,000 extruded lbs/month * Raised On-Time Delivery to 95%.
