Since you are looking at my resume, let me, please, introduce myself as a job se
eker. I am looking for a Mechanical Field Engineering position. According to the
NCEES's Credential evaluation report my educational background from the Ukraine
complies with the requirements for a Mechanical Engineering Degree in the Unite
d States as well as my long-term working experience developing the qualification
s for this position.
As you can see from my enclosed resume, I worked on several plants where I gaine
d many practical skills such as a technician of the refrigerating and HVAC equip
ment, facility and building operational engineer, design engineer, and mechanica
l engineer. Also, I had obtained many other skills and knowledge during my caree
r such as: arc welding, brazing, and soldering. I learned about foundry technolo
gy, and cryogenic technology. Through this experience, I learned how to effectiv
ely facilitate various equipment repair as well as new equipment installation in
compliance with manufacturer's requirements. I learned to develop new ideas to
diminish the operating and repairing expenses by implementation of preventive ma
intenance measures. In addition, I gained experience in effectively communicatin
g with different suppliers to find the best deal for ordering spare parts and va
rious needed materials. Furthermore, I have developed the knowledge and skills i
n various kinds of facilities/ buildings mechanical equipment operation in view
of keeping equipment in good working condition and lowering operational costs. M
oreover, I have learned how to communicate effectively with different clients to
meet their needs in the best way, to participate in inspections with various ci
ty departments' inspectors and to effectively manage my time when working under
tight deadlines. I'm eager to study so that I can receive some additional requir
ed certificates as soon as it possible.
