Provided full-time Contract Administration services as the Architects on-site fi
eld representative for a 2000 bed expansion project at the Arizona State Prison
Complex - Yuma. Project was a Construction Manager At Risk delivery method with
McCarthy Building Companies and Arrington-Watkins Architects. Ensured that all w
ork was performed to plans and specifications. Conducted on-site City engineerin

Pre-Design-Level Work Processes:
Created project proposals, schedules and budgets with project owners and enginee

RELEVANT PROJECTS
Kofa High School Project: The Kofa High School Campus Reconstruction project was
a $40MM design-build project led by Turner Construction Company and EMC2 Group
Architects, and financed by a Yuma Union High School District bond construction
fund. Performed project management, civil engineering, design, and construction
support services for rebuild of a 50-year old high school on a live campus in Yu
ma, AZ. Construction was performed in multiple phases over a three-year period o
f time. Project included construction of three (3) new 40,000 square foot masonr
y classroom buildings, one 40,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, one 15,000 sq. ft. administ
ration building, sports complex restroom/concession buildings, an outdoor dining
/patio area, two (2) 300+ space parking lots, bus lanes and roadways, undergroun
d storm water conveyance system, and all interior campus site and infrastructure
development. Project was completed on-time and under budget.
Project Cost: $40,000,000. Project duration: 36 months.
Wingate Inn Hotel: Performed civil engineering, design and construction support
services for construction of new 76-unit, 3-story hotel building in Yuma, AZ.
Project Cost: $12,000,000. Project duration: 12 months.
Elks Lane Medical Plaza: Performed civil engineering, design and construction su
pport services for development of new 4-building medical complex in Yuma, AZ.
Project cost: $5,000,000. Project duration: 18 months.

aja California, Mexico.
Organized and led work parties to complete construction projects in disadvantage
d neighborhoods of Mexicali, organized food and clothing distributions, planned
and performed community-wide social and sporting events, assisted families in at
taining needed medical and government-related services, and organized summer edu
cational and recreational activities for children and youth. Construction projec
ts have ranged from minor roofing repairs to construction of entire homes at lit
