With a progression of responsibilities, I serve as an assistant manager respons
ible for the day-to-day management activities of the store in accordance with ov
erall company policy. The main focus of my job is to improve the commercial perf
ormance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability. My
performance objectives require action in several areas of retail operations whi
ch includes human resources; finance; customer service; marketing; and administr
ation duties. A major part of the day-to-day activities include managing staff,
finding new and innovative ways to improve sales, and of course, meeting custome
r demands. I also serve as a in-house motivational trainer.
