Responsible for all of the recruiting for all disciplines for
Corporate and 17 Field Offices of oil & gas personnel throughout the
U.S. Scheduled and exhibited at job fairs, colleges, work force
centers. I also performed training pertaining to interviewing, sexual
harassment prevention, employee relations, terminations and management
