As Customer Relationship Manager, I was responsible for coordinating and supervi

nd training new staff as needed. Another aspect of my position was to negotiate
resolutions on problematic orders by working closely with the customer and Tera
co's production team. I also worked with marketing Teraco products and services
at industry trade shows and helped generate new product ideas.

As an account manager, my goal was to create and maintain customer relationships
by providing quality customer service while assisting the sales team. This was
achieved through good written and oral communication, organization and attentio
n to detail. I was also accomplished at handling customers in a positive manner

l with customers lead to my promotion to Customer Relationship Manager.
