es and practices of ad valorem appraising; pertinent state and local ordinances
and codes; the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (Ethical sta
ndards imposed by Congress); local economic and market conditions; actual local
construction costs for residential ; computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) and
report generation as well as spreadsheet analysis programs; cadastral mapping.

ps with the general public and specifically taxpayers.

ain sound knowledge of E*trade guidelines, and risk assessment tools used to dec
ision mortgage loans. Maintain knowledge of secondary market activity, practice
s, and business industry practices as they affect underwriting quality and origi
nation activity. Responsible for the servicing and maintaining the relationship
between E*Trade financial and vendor, maintain and analyze control and exception
databases, spreadsheets, monthly audits, and quality of HELOC and First Mortgag
e loans. Perform validation of loan attributes and assist management with qualit
y control audits. Responsible for exception request/file escalation flow to oper
ations team and financial analysis reporting and the flow of mortgage operation.
