* Expertise In Team Management.
In the Health Care Industry I effectively led sales, business development, prod
uct management, strategic partnerships, hiring and asset management for a small
company. Managed a staff of 75+ while maintaining client relations. Results:
Grew the business 200% within first year and received a National Sales Award.
Appointed to the National Advisory Board to mentor new Franchises coming onboard
, was the spokesperson between the Region and the Parent Company. Became fluent
with State Regulations regarding Home Health Care.
In the Hi-Tech Manufacturing Industry I was the Vice President of Production an
d Purchasing for a Robotics Manufacturer. Developed more efficient and productiv

As a Senior Loan Officer with Mellon Mortgage and later as the Producing Manage
r for Community Mortgage Associates I was charged with establishing a presence i
n the local territory. Devised and implemented a sales and marketing strategy f
ounded on personal contact and rapidly growing a referral base. Scheduled perso
nal visits to known centers of influence in the region, conducted product presen
tations and training classes to select brokers and the public, used a growing we

ich I was featured on a weekly radio broadcast called Morning with Mellon.

Introduced a small startup venture that provided the neighboring community with
a new type of elderly care services which was unknown in the marketplace. Afte
